Yes. COI is available for all corporate bookings. We’re insured up to $2M and can name your organization as additional insured on request. Most venues receive documentation within 48 hours of booking.

We accept all major credit cards. NET 30 invoicing is available for qualified corporate accounts. A 25% deposit holds your date; the remaining balance is due two weeks before your event or per agreed terms.

The booth’s touchscreen prompts guests to enter their contact information before or after their session. You choose what data to collect — email, phone, or custom survey fields. A clean data report is delivered to you within 48 hours of your event.

We serve events across NJ and Manhattan regularly. We can accommodate events outside this area for larger engagements — request a proposal and we’ll confirm availability and any travel costs.
